Major defects survey

The Major Defects Survey is similar to the Level 3 / Building Survey but without the photographs and so keeps the cost down. It is much more informative and helpful than the Level 2 Survey / Homebuyers Report but not quite as in-depth as the Level 3 / Building Survey. It suits complex, unique and older historic properties or those in a particularly poor condition.

We aim to complete all Major Defects Surveys within 3-5 working days of the inspection or sooner by arrangement. Reports are emailed as soon as they have been completed.
