Formed at the heart of the Village Centre Building, our care homes are central to the community and whilst all have their own lounges, dining rooms and other communal areas, you and your family are welcome to use all of the extensive Village facilities.

Which survey type do I need?

It depends on the age size and condition of the property , we think a Level 2 Survey / Homebuyers Report is fine for most conventional style, traditional built properties. A Major Defects Survey may be more useful for an older, much extended or particularly poor condition property. However, a Level 3 Survey / Building Survey may be warranted - the best thing to do is call us to discuss.

How much will it cost?

It depends on the Age, value and complexity of the property. Again it is probably best to call and discuss. We can give verbal or emailed quotations.

How long will it take before I receive my report ?

We aim to have them ready for emailing within 3-5 working days of the inspection.
